Repetitive Strain Injuries

Repetitive Strain Injury is a general term used to describe the pain felt in muscles, nerves and tendons caused by repetitive movement and overuse. It typically affects parts of the upper body such as forearms, elbows, wrists, hands, neck, and shoulders. Symptoms of repetitive strain injuries could be pain, aching, or tenderness, stiffness, throbbing, tingling, numbing, weakness, or muscle cramps.
