Work and Sports Injuries

Sports injuries can occur during exercise and participating in sports. Everyone, no matter what age, is at risk of injury, especially if you haven't been active regularly, you don't warm up properly before exercise, or you play contact sports. The most common types of sports injuries are sprains, strains, knee injuries, rotator cuff injuries, swollen muscles, fractures, dislocations, and ruptured Achilles tendons. A combination of our recommended treatments and rest will help you get back to your activities quickly.

Work injuries can occur in a myriad of ways, the most common being slips and falls, injuries involving machinery, vehicle related accidents, repetitive stress and overextension injuries.
