Check your posture … Stand in front of a mirror…Keep your shoulders back and relaxed.
•Pull in your abdomen at all times.
•Keep your feet approximately hip distance apart.
•Balance your weight evenly on both of your feet.
•Let your hands hang naturally at your sides.
•Try not to tilt your head forward, backward or sideways, and make sure your knees are relaxed and not tight.
Do you feel like you are swaying, having difficulties standing still.
When you look in the mirror is your head off to one side, are your shoulders not level.
