Dealing with Winter Aches and Pains

The cold weather months can bring on aches and pains for many of us. Whether you participate in activities like skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, walking, or even heading to the gym; it is important to keep moving. Movement gets our heart pumping, improves circulation, helps lubricate our joints, and is a natural emotional mood enhancer. So remember to bundle up with many layers, hats, mittens and boots with great grips. If you are just out for a walk use walking poles for stability or boot crampons.
